Checking VM through email and IP-Phone

Hi,

I configured the Unity Server to send me any Voice Mail for a specific DN (300)to my email address. It works fine, but i want to have also the ability to check my VM from IP-Phone. This doesnt work it said "no new message". why?

Im using Unity 4.0(4)SR1

You will see this issue if you are using a POP3 email client with Exchange. Changing to an IMAP client will allow your messages to be synchronized. Another solution is to set your POP client to leave a copy of the message on the server. You will be able to access your messages, but they will only be available as saved messages after your email client accesses the mail whether you've actually listened to the message or not. Messages accessed by a POP client are immediately marked as "read" by Exchange.
