CIPC phones not participating in Line Group rotation

This the the first time I have included IPcommunicator in the Line Group for a Hunt list. The call is processed normally for the hard phone extensions, but completely bypasses the softphones. Is this normal?

Not done this myself but have you made sure the "logged in to Hunt group" is checked in the CIPC phone config?
