Cisco 2921 Router as CME, CUBE & Firewall

Is this possible to begin with? If yes, what would I need to make a Cisco 2921 router with 256MB Flash, 512MB RAM to be a

- CME (100 Users),

- Support SIP Trunking (CUBE 100) and act as a

- Firewall at the same time.

For the routeer itself you need, as a minium- the UC license and the CME license. Contact a reputable Cisco partner for details and pricing.
