Cisco 7912 ip phone frequently rebooting and one way voice.

Hi Team,

I have CUCM 8.0.3 version with cisco 7940,7960,7912,7911 Ip phones. Recently we have observe the one issue on Cisco 7911 & 7912 Ip phones are unregitered & registered. same time remaining two model are working fine.

Now  reboot the call manager, after reboot all phone are working fine.

Same issue we are facing third time.
