Hi,
On cisco 7941 phone I want to achieve this:
When I use phone (calling) and if someone is trying to call me I would like that hi receives busy signal.
What i need to adjust??

Hi Ivan,
If you are using CUCM you would need to go to the DN config
page for your number and change the Busy Trigger to 1.
If you are using CME try "Huntstop Channel"
