Cisco Calabrio Quality Management: 9.0.1.57 SR4 (OEM 8.8.1.57) - Recordings 15 Minute Playback Limit

Hello,

We're having an issue where when we log into the QM website and click Recordings, and we click on a recording that has a Call Duration of longer than 15 minutes, it will cut off at the 15 minute mark. See below screenshot for an example (also attached):



Is this a setting that we can change? What is causing this limitation?

Hey all,

Turns out this is a bug in SR4, which requires the install of an Engineering Special (ES) patch. Calabrio support sent 9.0.1_SR4_ES7, which includes the fix for this problem, amongst others. I have attached the release notes of the patch so you may see the bug listed there.

Description: The system is stopping call recording when a call is over 15 minutes
