Hello,
I am having an issue with CISCO CUEAC v9 BLF with extension mobility
I am working with :
CISCO CUCM v8.6.2 SU1
CISCO CUEAC Server v9.1.1.10
CISCO CUEAC Console v9.1.1.1372
An end user is logged on an IP Phone with Extension Mobility feature.
When starting CUEAC client, all is right, I can see the phone status in the directory view (hang up, hand out, ringing).
If the end user logs out, I can see in CUEAC that the phone is unavailable (that’s right).
The problem is, if the user logs in again on the phone, in CUEAC it stays unavailable …
The only solution to solve it is to restart the BLF plug-in on the CUEAC server.
Do you know if it is a known bug ? Or is it a feature you successfully set up ?

Hi Hugo,
The BLF status should update appropriatley when users log in and out of EM. It might be a CTI problem, you could restart the CTI manager service on the appropriate CUCM server(s) and then restart the CUEAC server to see if that resolves your issue.
Thanks,
Tony
