Cisco Enhanced Attendant Console

Hi

In our arganization, we using an Enhanced Attendant Console (System Version: 8.6.2.11,                                           Administration Version: 8.6.2.163). After the operator logs out and when the customer calls, they could a hear a greeting message then they customer can hear ringing over again and again. Could any one guide me, how to fix this issue.
