Cisco Expressway - Jabber issue

Hi All,

We are having an issue with the login to Jabber externally - the issue is only isolated on the certain user.

Signing in to Jabber mobile with error "You cannot login outside the corporate network". DNS and SRV record is ok as checked with SRV Check tool.

Login using the corporate network is successful.

CSF - Cisco Jabber Desktop can connect over collab edge but not able to communicate "No Audio"

The error is 'No match in HTTP allowed list'.

The request is coming from an IP address, can you confirm this IP is in the HTTP allowed list on the Exp server?
