Hi all,
I have some Cisco IP Phone 7911 running with CUCM 8.5.
Default firmware is "SCCP11.9-3-1SR4-1S", but some of its run "SCCP11.7-2-3S".
I don't know why because "Phone load name" is blank and if i don't wrong, this phone will run default firmware.
OK, i reset, restart it but nothing change.
After that, i reset using 123456789*0# but this screen stop in Cisco logo (java power), etc and reset many times (1-2 hours).
Final, i using code 349167285*0# and screen not display anything,only setting button light.
Can i rescue its ?

How long did you wait when you use the "349167285*0#" method? I am asking because this is a complete firmware re-flash and this will take between 30 to 45 minutes. You won't see anything on the screen unless you have a flashlight and you'll see a faint progress bar.

Oh,
i show only setting button ligh in 15 minute, after that i unplug the power cable...
