Cisco Jabber MRA - IM&P fail

Hello,

I can login the Cisco Jabber on the internal network, but I cannot login through MRA.

I make the diagnostic through https://cway.cisco.com/tools/CollaborationSolutionsAnalyzer/

It showed:

DNS - passed

SSL certificates - passed

Edge Config - passed

CUCM - passed

IM&P - failed

I checked the IM&P with Exp-C status is normal and I can login on the internal network. Why MRA is not working about IM&P???

Hi Chi,

Make Sure you have Expressway-C and E configured with "Unified Communications traversal zone" instead of using the regular Traversal Server/Client zone.

Also, what authentication error messages do you see under Expressway Event Logs?
