We are doing a POC for our customer. Currently they are using and O365 as their email service (cloud). They also use Lync so their Lync presence is displayed in their email client and they can use features like click to call with it. They use both outlook and OWA as email client
So our task is to do the same with Cisco jabber. Can any one give us a guidance to start with this. We have deployed CUCM and CIMP ver10 and completed the basic setup. How can we share the Jabber Presence to O365 cloud
Also as currently they are using Lync do we first need to disable the Lync presence on O365?
