Cisco Jabber talk with SkyPE Possible?

I want to make the Cisco Jabber talk with the SkyPE. 

Can I follow the structure as below?
IM: Cisco Jabber ---<XMPP>--- Cisco IM& Presence ---<SIP Federation>--- Lync GW(free?) ---<Ms Protocol>--- Public SkyPE
Voice: Cisco Jabber ---<SIP 5061>--- Cisco CUCM --- Expressway ---  Lync GW(free?) ---<Ms Protocol>--- Public SkyPE
Video: Cisco Jabber ---<SVC>--- Expressway --- Lync GW(free?) ---<Ms Protocol>--- Public SkyPE

is it possible to build up a Lync GW to make the Jabber talk with the SkyPE?
