Does anyone know where to configure the assistance number when pressing 0# in MeetingPalce, I tried it in Usage configuration/Attendant Phone, but it doesn't work.
That is the ccorrect configuration for the attendant phone. However, the rerouting calling search space is likely not configured on your inbound sip trunk to call manager. Let us know if this helps.
