Cisco Mobile 8.1 Desk Phone Integration

Hello,

I am having problems with Cisco Mobile 8.1 Desk Phone Integration.

I've got CUCM 7.1.5, and iPhone with Cisco Mobile 8.1. When Desk Phone Integration is disabled, everything works fine. But when I enable it, iPhone returns an error: Verification Timeout. There is no AD integration set on CUCM, password and username are set manually and typed in iPhone correctly.

There is a firewall between Wireless network to which Cisco Mobile connects and CUCM. I think problem might be hiding there. So where can I see the list of rules that must be allowed on firewall for integration to work, if any. And if not, what else can prevent it from working.

Cisco Mobile 8.1 Desk Phone Integration

Be sure the CTI port TCP/2748 is allowed. Be careful of application inspection depending on the firewall; it uses CTI-QBE to perform deskphone control.
