cisco phone 7980 + intigration with siemens hicom300

Dear All,

Q1) I need to intigrate Cisco Call Manager 4.2 with hicomm 330H software v. 3.0,

I have cisco router 2821 with E1 PRI Card I tried with QSIG EIMA , then i can able to call from cisco phone to Siemens ext. and vice a versa.

But i cant make PSTN call from cisco ext. via Simens EPBX, mt PSTN calls PRI connected in Siemes PBX.

please find attched file for my qustion 1

Can you please help me where i am wrong?

Q2) I have cisco phone 7985G, i want to replace with background and LOGO with my companay log. please help me on this.

Hi

Did you check check on yor gateway which digits you are sending to the Siemens

I can imagine that there are digits which you need into the Siemens to get an outgoing line and that you are stripping those digits through the fact you are saying to de CMM ist an outgoing call.

Advise: play with the digitstrip/digit add options.
