Hi all,
Q1) Is there any way that we can filter bad words from the chat or IM Msgs in Cisco Presnce or through any PROXY Server ?
Q2) Can we configure Proxy Settings into CUPC ?
I have cisco unified presence 8.5 Integrated with Call Manager 8.6.
Regards,
Anis

It is called 'compliance' feature.
You need to purchase a 'compliance' software from 3rd-party vendor (e.g.
http://www.actiance.com/products/vantage.aspx)
Then you configure Cisco CUPS server to integrate with the compliance server.
You may take a look at
http://www.amazon.com/Deploying-Unified-Presence-Michael-HouTong/dp/0557039533, which has step-by-step configuration guide to set up compliance integration.

Thanks!

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the information ...
I already have Deploying Cisco Unified Presence but its the older version ver 6.X
Actually my customer already has some proxy server or some appliance for the same purpose, we can integrate that appliance with presence but is there any way that we can define the proxy server ip address & port in CUPC or in Jabbar (as we have option to define proxy ip address & port in MSN Messenger ) ?

CUPS does not use "proxy server" for compliance. It has to define the compliance server explictly on CUPS administration page.
