Cisco presence historical data for user activity

Hi

Is there any option/logfile from where we can fetch historical data about user login and logoff.

I don't think there is any such feature in CUPS

Yes, there are different files you can retrieve this data.

You may either look at client logs (CUPC logs) or SOAP logs from the server.

Thanks for  the same , but we want to generate usage report by using the data . But the loggs you are poiinting to if we follow this approach then it will be a big exrecise to go to every client  and collecting the loggs manually.

We have around 4000 users.

is any ither altrernate way to acheive the same.

If you're using Active Directory authentication, you may leverage Windows server audit logs.  Filtered by the IP address of the CUPS.  All CUPC login was proxied by the CUPS server to the AD server.  There are many 3rd party reporting tools for AD.

If you were asking for Cisco reporting tools, they are not available yet.
