Hi,
I am configuring a CUE 8.6 module and noticed that my administration page says:
Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail - Administration
What is this? I thouight I was configuring a normal CUE.
Also some of the licenses start with: SRSV-
I want to install licenses for 50 mailboxes, but I am not sure about what I now have!
The CUE has its CTI and Call-in numbers correctly registered on callmanager (7.1.5)
Anyone can tell me what "Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail" is and if this correct to work with callmanager.
It seesm like SRST for voice mail.
Thanks,
JH

Hi
Yes SRSV is like SRST for voice mail. When a remote site does not have access to your central voicemail system, this module will take care of VM functionality

Hello Ronak,
Thanks for your quick response.
The issue is that I don't want this, we wanted a normal CUE.
I checked the BOM and we ordered:
ISM-SRE-300-K9
SCUE-ISM-8.5-K9
And after some more searching on Cisco web site its seems that:
SCUE-ISM-8.5-K9 is the normal CUE and SCUE-SV-ISM-85-K9 is the SRSV image.
Seems somthing went wrong.
Can I use the SRSV image with callmanager, or do I have to start from scratch and load the normal image?
Thank you,
JH

Hi Rob,
Thank you for the link.
Seems we have to start from scratch.
Thanks,
Jan
