I'm using Cisco TSP to integrate an application with a softphone. So that the application can dial a call as if the softphone do that. I've installed the Cisco TSP, add new hardware to install wave driver and configure username and password in Cisco TSP instance. I'm sure that username and password exist in end user in CUCM. But if i test using windows dialer application, there is no line.
