Greetings, we are due to start some development work with a CRM provider to interface it with a Call Manager Express v7.1 deployment.
Part of this will require that i install the Cisco TSP v2.2 onto client machines so that we can establish CTI intergration with CME, however the users currently work on the CRM system via terminal services.
Does anyone know if the TSP is supported on terminal services or have got it working in a production environment?
