Cisco UC Integration for IBM Sametime - click to call

Hello All,

I have installed Cisco UC Integration for IBM Sametime 9.1.1 on integrated Sametime in nNotes 9, CUCM is 9.1.1.

I want to right-click on contacts in a notes directory or on a mail and initiate a call. the contect menu shows "call" but then no number - so the call doesn't get initiated.

click 2 call works fine from the sametime buddy list and life-text.

is there some configuration step missing ( guess the plugin doesn't find the phone number for the selected contact??)

any suggestions are welcome.

p.s. this is in "Cisco UC Integration for IBM Sametime Quick Start Guide 9.1" so it should be possible:


You access Sametime and the capabilities of the integration from other applications within your Notes

client. For example, you might right-click Notes email or contacts to place a call.
