CISCO UC520 CONFIGURATION ISDN PRI

Hello,

I'm new in community. My name is Kostas.

i'm IT Administrator in a company.

We have a CiscoUC520 which has connected and ISDN PRI.

Yesterday my telecom provider in the same PRI activate a new range of telephone numbers.

I have install in the phones of the users two tel.lines with the appropriate extension for every user.

1. My first range xxxxx000  

2. The new range xxxxx500

My telephones are CISCO 7945G.

My problem is that i want to do the following configuration.

Base on the tel.line which do the outside call customers can see the appropriate line.

etc. If i call from xxxxx000 customer should be see the number xxxxx000. If i call from xxxxx500 customer should be see the xxxxx500.

Can someone know how can do the configuration?

You need to configure voice translation-profile and rules. Based on that, you will send out the appropriate calling number for each translation.

If you are not familair with these configuration, contact a reputable consultant, or UC certfied Cisco Partner.
