Good afternoon, I have an issue with my UC560, with sending voice mail to email, I configure the smtp and did a test using 10.1.10.1 login page and I receive an email with no problems, the issue is that when I add the users to receive the voice mail does not work, and I also notice if I close CCA and go back in all users I added to recive voice mail to email are gone.... someone can help me please...
