Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports

                        How to generate Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports in contact centre ???

Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports

Hi Shaikh,

For generating Historical reports, you need to install the HRC client on supported client boxes.

To install HRC client, please navigate to UCCX Admin->Tools->Plugin->HRC client and install this on the supported client boxes.

Please refer the below UCCX comp matrix to check the supported platforms for HRC.

To login into HRC you need an user with the Reporting capabilities. UCCX Admin->tools->User management and assign the reporting capability to an user.

Use this Reporting user to login into HRC and fetch any available historical reports from UCCX.
