All,
We have Cisco Unified CM version 6.1.5.13900-4. Is there any way, I can pull a report or log that provides me with all the S/N's for every phone that is managed by the Call Manager? This is for inventory purposes. Thanks

Not in CUCM, but I put together a little app to retrieve them from the phone's web servers.
