Cisco Unified Comm. Attendant Console

The Attendant Console program will not connect to the server. It was working for a long time. When it first happened i had to put in the backup port number. It worked for a few weeks again but now its not connecting. The workstation can ping the PUB and the SUB and all the credentials are right. Any suggestions please...

restart the AC service in the serviceability page, there is few bugs dealing with similar issues.
