Cisco Unified Operations Manager 2.0 does not show some info correctly
Recently we have installed a CUOM to a customer and it seems to work fine, except for a coulpe of things:
They are monitoring several voice GWs and most of them have E1 PRi connections. You can monitor these GWs fine through the "service level view" module, but when you enter to the "Device Detailed view" to see the ocupation of the voice channels, it's always zero, if you enter via CLI to the GW you see it's not right because you see calls coming and going issuing some debugs. If you go to the DSP usage section, you can see also that they are being used for a ertain number of voice channels.
Does anybody know why it's not working well? Maybe it's because the E1s are configured to work with MGCP?
