Cisco Unified Personal Communicator: Not Working

Hi I installed CUPC using my primary phone. When I open up nothing is active. Can anyone please help me?

Are you trying to use CUPC to control your desk phone, or as a softphone? If you can provide a little more information as to what specifically you're wanting to accomplish, someone might be able to provide additional guidance.
