Cisco Unity 4.0(3) cannot access Server

Good Day, I get the following error on start up of cisco unity server :

Source : CiscoUnity_UMR Category : UMR Thread Error Event ID : 135

The mail server {NAME} is currently not available. Messages for recipients whose mailboxes are homed on this server will accumulate in the temporary store. When the server is again available, messages will be delivered. 1158

I have run the permissions wizard twice, checked local server permissions, checked AD Permissions, checked - Outlook is not installed, but exchange system manager is, version of file indicated (EMSMDB32.DLL) is 6.0

We have several other servers that unity checks these servers are windows 2000 with exchange 2000, the server with the problem is win 2003 with exchange 2000 but it has worked previously.

I think a hotfix may have affected permissions, however

says it does not affect Unity.

If you have any ideas or further suggestions please do not hesitate!
