We have a Cisco MCS 7800 with Win 2k Server and another Win 2003 Server box with Exchange 2003 installed.
We are trying to install Cisco unity 4.0(4) and when we are running the Permission Wizard after choosing Exchange 2003 and then clicking on the next button for Install account, nothing happens.Next button gets grayed out.
I am wondering if someone was running in this problem before and what was the fix.
Check to see if the server that is your Domain Controller is also a Global Catalog server. We have seen this problem with the Permissions Wizard when the DC was not also a GC. Once it was made a GC, we could see the accounts appear correctly and continue.
Thanks for the info. The server is in Domain Controller and also Global Global Catalog server and still I am encountering Permission Wizzard problem. However when I look ot log file pwdiag.log I see that Permission Wizzaard failed.
Have you encounter such problem in the past and what was the fix for it.
Thanks a lot,

I would like everybody to know that due to a previous failed Cisco Unity installation on the Unity Server by the another engineer who left the company I run in weird errors . After running the Uninstall utility I started with a clean install which made the installation smoothly.
