cisco unity 4.0(4)sr1 os version and patches

Dear sir,

We are running 1 cisco unity 4.0(4)sr1 . Please advise how to check the os version for cisco unity server ?

for example:-

In ccm, we go to "start"--> "Cisco os version" .

1. How about cisco unity? How to check the os version?

2. We fount at cco doesn't have the security patches that released for cisco unity. Please advise how to get that? What's the latest security patches that cisco released for cisco unity 4.0(4)sr1.

as for your first question, the Gather Unity System Information tool will dump out all kinds of information about the local OS version, SPs installed, Exchange, SQL, domain controller etc...

Thank you for your good details. We can see from the tools that's details for unity . However why we can't fount the details like --> ccm "cisco os version" = 2000.4.4a or 2000.4.6 ".

Where can we fount all the patches that applied to the unity machine? or os version that somethings same as ccm?

Because Unity does NOT run on a CIPT OS as CCM, it runs on a std windows. So, as Jeff explained, look at GUSI.

Look for the latest SUW (Server Update Wizard) on CCO for Unity/SQL/Exchange patches

Thank you for your reply, I've checked on download page . unfortunately, cco have remove the server update wizard or microsoft update for unity 4.0. Do you have the link?
