Hi

I have a setup a cisco voip lab at home and have recently purchased Cisco Unity 4.0(5)DVD Software Kit, I believe that this version has a 10 user licence.

Now the problem is that I have read that there should be a preparation assistant with Cisco Unity however I am unable to find it on any of the disks.

Can anyone tell me if there is any documentation on how to setup this version of cisco unity.

Thanks in advanced

Hi Darren,

You are correct, the "Preparation Assistant" is on

CD-1. I would contact Cisco TAC and your SE regarding this problem and ask them to expidite your order. If you have a CCO Login you could also download CiscoUnity 4.0.5CD1.exe from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/Tablebuild/tablebuild.pl/4yutni0
