Cisco Unity 4.0 server down hard!!


First , I am new to this Unity server thing. We had a primary and secondary Unity server in which the primary went down hard. Talking to the folks that are apart of my networking team, the database (hopefully this is correct) was on the primary server as well. Well the secondary server became the primary but people were having issues with their voicemail. They had a backup that was not that old in which we were able to get most of the users voicemails back. Well now we are trying to get the old primary Unity server up, but when we try to launch the application, it will not start. I know 4.0 is very, very old and EOS/EOL. Should we reload the application since it will not launch or does anyone know of any tricks we can try.
