Cisco Unity 4 Cisco Unity System Administrator log in problem

I am having problem logging to the CUSA.My unity server was configured by different admin. I do not know the password for CUSA I am using Internet explorer 6. When I type http://<Server name>>/web/sa I am prompted for authentication. when i type a user name and password such as local administrator on the server I get an error message saying that \<< Server Name>>\administrator is not associated with the subscriber. i have created new users and have given them all the domain privileges in windows but I am get the same error. Has anyone got a solution?

Christopher,

As it is explained in the last post of that thread, just use the GrantUnityTool (from your Commserver directory) to associate your Windows Accout with the "EAdmin" or other profile with Administrative privileges in Unity
