1. Will corporate anti virus called Trend Micro work with the call manager and the Voice mail.
2) Does "Top Call" fax server can be integrated via the Unity UM.

You didn't indicate a Unity version so I'll assume the latest 4.0(3) release.
1.While Trend Micro may work with Unity it's not a tested and supported anti virus package. You can find the list of supported packages in the "System Requirements and supported hardware and software" document - here's the link for the 4.0(x) release:
The short story is TAC wont support or help you with it and if they determine that it may be causing a problem you've reported they will ask you to back it out.
2. Yes, TopCall is a supported fax server - see the list of fax servers supported here:

The link does list trend micro "ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 2000, version 5 and later" as supported software. Is it tested ?
We are running exchange 2003 offbox and all servers are protected by scanmail. Will scanmail on unity do any good ?

Hello Keith -
We are running Unity 3.1(5) with Trend and it has caused no problems with our Unity server. I do believe TAC supports Trend on the Unity server, just not the Unity bridge yet. There we are using McAfee until such time the bridge does support Trend.
