Cisco Unity Assistant Question

We have just installed a plain Unity server. Is Cisco Unity Assistant need to be configured on the server, or should we just be able to use it by simply going to: http://servername/ciscopca

you should be able to. Just check your DNS server that it is listed the way you want. If you can not reach the Unity server, try it by IP address http://ipaddress/ciscopca But you will want to update your DNS or WINS servers so it is not confusing for end users
