Cisco Unity Bulk Import failed importing internet subscriber when format is right.

Running 7.02,

Created a CSV file in the format of the following which worked in my lab but didnt work on my clients.

ALIAS REMOTE_ADDRESS

721361, 721361@ciscolab.com

(Error)

Record=0, Column=1, Fieldname=REMOTE_ADDRESS, Error=Invalid character(s) in string -

please refer to the documentation to see which characters are allowable in this field

(regex=(([Ss][Mm][Tt][Pp])|([Vv][Oo][Ii][Cc][Ee])):[a-zA-Z0-9\-_\.@]+).

Subscriber record: 721361,721361@CSCUNITYINDIA.COM

Total number records: 1.

Total number of records loaded successfully: 0.

Tried the following work around

1.Try to Change HKLM\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\PermissionWizard\1.0\Restricted Rights to

0, import the users with CUBI and then change it back to 1.

Didn't work.

2. Ran PW against the container that the user want to import internet subscriber from.

Didnt work.

3. add SMTP: in front of the remote address get a different msg.

(error) unable to generate a remote user address for this subscriber. subscriber record:

721361, SMTP:72136@CSCUNITYINDIA.com Error Code:

0x80044125. Method: CMULOader::PreCHeckRemoteAddress.

Any one got any ideas?
