Cisco unity conneciton 8.6

In cisco unity connection cluster 8.6

When we are shuting down the unity connection publisher server from cluster, The voicemail is not working,

When we press the voicemail mesaage button, Phones are rinning its not playing the unity prompt.

when the publisher online everything its work fine.

As per the cluster senario , If one of the server will down all the services will work like voicemail auto attendant etc...

Please can you tell me where is a problem.

CSCtu18594 : Sign-in delay on sub when pub is down in cluster
Symptom:

When the Unity Connection Publisher is down, and the Subscriber is the one

taking calls, then the users might experience delay while signing in.

Conditions:

Unity Connection 8.5(1) SU2

Workaround:

Check the Engg Notes for workaround

If you are using a SIP trunk, this is true.  We have a customer that is expierencing up to 1.5 minute delay.   if you are using SCCP integration, there is no delay.    The upgrade did fix the issue though... so on new deployments, better to go with 8.6 if you can for Connection.    +5 for Rob!
