Presumably if here is a recorded voice name for the user that is played in this case - it's only if they don't have a recorded name in place that it would play the TTS of their display name (which was presumably working before), correct?
The only setting I know that affects this is in the Advanced Settings section under "Conversations" - it's called "Use Text To Speech to Read Display Names When No Recording Is Available". By default this is checked but if unchecked it will not attempt to play the user's display name via TTS if they don't have a recorded voice name in place.
If that's checked then you may need to check the logs on Connection to see if the TTS service is having trouble

Hi lindborg
Thank for the reply.
Use Text To Speech to Read Display Names When No Recording Is Available is checked and
It is not reading the display name for users who don't have recorded voice name.
TTC service might have trouble.
