Cisco Unity Connection and iDivert

Dear Support Community Members

I have got CUC 8.0 integrated with CCM 8.6. Due to the business requirements I disabled Spell Searches and Sending options so when user wants to send a voice message he uses internal extension only. It works great when user logs into his profile and presses 2 to send the message. But it does not work when,for example, userA calls userB and userB has callforwardall to VM or presses iDivert. In this case system prompts user to spell the first and last name. I have configured both users to enter the recipient only via extension and disabled search by spelling in Advanced options. But it did not help.

Do you not get the user's (userB) voicemail when they callforwardall/idivert to voicemail?  How are you getting from that call flow to where you're addressing a message?
