The Cisco Unity "Connection Conversation Manager" service getting stopped automatically. Sometimes we restart the Unity Connection server and sometimes we start the service manually. It works fine for few days and after that the same problem reoccurs.
We are running Cisco Unity Connection Version: 8.6.2ES25.21900-25. I did the Bug scrub but did not find anything related to the problem we are facing.
I collected the crash dump for this service using RTMT but i can see only garbage or small square boxes.
Is there any editor, we can use to read the contents of core dump file?

Hello dileepkumar,
To check the cores that were generated you can go via CLI:
To view the cores generated:
utils core active list
To analyze the cores:
utils core active analyze
example:
utils core active analyze core.16742.6.cimlistener.1335604141
Post the content of the Back Trace, you will notice it in the text by:
==================================== backtrace ===================================

Hi David,
I can see the core dump files but when i try to analyze it..i get below output.
"45 Thread 20222 0x007faaa0 in ?? ()", i downloaded particular service's dump file but can't read it.
