Good Day,

I'm almost certain if you have a list of names, there might be some database query that would allow you to remove those accounts (again, considering you have a list of users). On the other hand, you can remove user accounts via the below process:

Hi Scooter,

I just wanted to add another little reference to the good tips from kstaples

In CUC;

For unused mailboxes;

Tools > Reports > Unused Voice Mail Accounts Report .

Or from CUDD (Connection User Data Dump);

Connection User Data Dump (CUDD) Tool

The Connection User Data Dump (CUDD) is a Windows-based remote database administration tool available on the Cisco Unity Tools website. CUDD allows you to export specific information about users to a file that can be viewed or imported into another application, such as a database utility or Microsoft Excel. When the data is exported, the tool automatically creates a header row that lists the data type found in each column of the output, for ease of import into other programs.

The tool is available from the "Superb" Unity Tools site;

Time of Last Call. Indicates the date and time the user called in to check messages last.  This can be handy for finding out which boxes have not been accessed at all or which ones have not been accessed in a long time. This value is in GMT and not your local time, keep that in mind.

along with;

Set for First Time Enrollment.  Either      0 or 1.  0 means the user is no longer flagged for first time enrollment, a 1 means they are.  Typically an administrator will set everyone up for first time enrollment and when they call in and go through the enrollment this flag is set to 0.  This can be a handy way of telling who has not yet setup their mailbox so admins can go by and gently remind users they need to do this.

Then you might want to look at this great tool that really helps with deleting and resetting users in

bulk with Unity Connection.

Unity Connection Bulk User Delete

Cheers!
