I have 2 tenant using the same Cisco Unity server. Each tenant have their own SMTP Domain (tenant1@medical.com and tenant2@research.com , where tenant(x) is the user's alias). Currently Unity's SMTP domain is @medical.com(I can't find a way to set both and select one that is respective to the tenant), however, when tenant2 receives a voice mail in their email, the email address shows as tenant2@medical.com vice tenant2@research.com. Is there a way to set both SMTP Domains on Unity and select the relative one for the user account or what is the best practice to address multiple tenant residing in same location with different domain.
Any suggestion would be great.
