Hi,

I want to install Unity 7 Unified Messaging with Microsoft Exchange 2010.

when I check the package that I receive from Cisco, I found just the media of Message Store 2003.

I want to know if I must to install this, media Message Store, in Cisco Unity; or I must to download other media?

Please, Can you help me. and if you have any link of documentation please send us.

Thanks a lot,

best regards,

Omar YUNSI

Omar,

If you're going to introduce Exchange 2010, this automatically means you're going with Unified messaging which means that the Exchange environment is pre-existing and configured by you already.  (Exchange 2007 follows the same principal)

So to answer, your question, if you're wanting Exchange 2010 installed, no you would not install the Exchange 2003 software on your mail store server, you would need to provide the Exchange 2010 media.

Hope that helps,

Brad
