Cisco UP Presence Engine stopped

Hello,

i have installed a Pesence 8.0. i see the service "Cisco UP Presence Engine" stopped and i can start. Anybody knows why?

Have you gone to service activation and enabled the service??

Yes I tried but doesn´t start. Could be a problem with license?, i am testing and don´t upload the license file.
