Cisco ViewMail for Microsoft Outlook Release 11.5(1) - Compatible for Windows 10?

Good evening everyone,

I have installed Viewmail pluggin 11.5 on a Windows 10 Enterprise device and I see it attached in Outlook 2016 under Add-Ons but the play button is not showing. I still have to double click on the wav file to hear the voice message.  I understand that version 11.5 works with Outlook 2016 but it doesn't say with what version of Windows.

I don't see in the release notes if this is compatible for Windows 10.  Can anyone confirm that this is only working up to Windows 8.1?

When executing the setup file I see at the bottom left hand corner points to Windows 8.1 only.

I guess we have to wait for the next release for Viewmail to work on Windows 10 running Outlook 2016?

If anyone has details or has this working on Windows 10 with Outlook 2016 please share the details.

What is listed in the RNs/Compatibility matrix is what is supported, if you don't see an OS in there, that means it's not currently supported.

As they only cover up to W8.1, that's the latest release compatible at this point in time.

Can someone post a link to the compatibility matrix that shows Windows 10 is not supported yet for viewmail 11.5?  All the links I find seem to get a 404 not found.  Thanks.

I have a Windows 10 Pro setup with Office 365 and Outlook.  What version of ViewMail will work with this combination.  When I try to install Viewmail I get "No supported version of Outlook found"

Having same issue with ViewMail tab not displaying, installer checks and confirms all required software is installed, and proceeds. Outlook has the ViewMail folders, but no play controls for UM emails and no Viewmail settings tab.

Thanks Cisco Rath!, we don't have that update on our Windows 10 machines.

We do have it on Windows 7 machines though, but ViewMail is working fine on those.

I just found a similar issue in Surface Pro 3 in MS forum. Not sure its been resolved yet. The Forum Moderator suggests to do an office repair and a ViewMail reinstall. Let us know how it goes
