Our issue: CiscoClickToCall.connect add-in is holding the application process open when it is closed.
This is causing issues with memory resource and templates as when another instance of the application is open it creates a subsequent image proceses, also when the application is closed, it still thinks there is another instance open and does not close cleanly (Prompts for user interaction on what to do with the normal.dotm file for example)
We also get an audible "beep" every 5 seconds or so when this occurs.
We can remove the add-in and the process will close as expected immediately. We can revert to CUCiMOC version 7.14 and there is no issue.
