CiscoTAPI SP for windows

I have installed the ciscotsp.exe (which i have downloaded from a 5.0(4) server) and installed in a windows XPsp2 notebook. After the installation was complete, there was nothing in the advanced menu of modem options regsrding ciscotsp!!

I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled it, rebooted but nothing! It is not there!

I can also see it installed in the add/remove software but there is nothing in the modem options to edit!

Any ideas?

Go to control panel > phone and modem options > and then the advanced tab. It should be there.

Thanks but i have tried that!

I went to control panel, phone& modems advanced but it is not there!

Anyone has seen this before?
