I got one CiscoUnity_Miu Error Message on Unity server 4.0(4)SR1, please download the log in attachment for detail. What could be the reason for this? (This system also have MWI delay problem at this time.)

Hi -
You might check your PBX - i.e. if you have CallManager, check the Application event log to see if the phone disconnected/reconnected to CCM - Type 3 event record. We have seen these errors when the phone loses its heartbeat to CallManager as the caller was getting forwarded to voicemail. In our case, we have CCM 4.1(3) running on an older model server - HP DL380G1 that goes high cpu when Trend antivirus scanning is running. Fortunately we are in the process of moving to a new cluster with new servers :-)
